What is love like if it is bleeding on the floor
Too many closed windows and wide opened doors
How high can you fly with broken wings,
When you are trying to find life's brighter things
Yesterdays goals never put into plan,
Now become silent wishes in our hand
Sometimes, I swear I can see right through you
Even when you are the darkest shade of blue
Never follow others lead
Just be yourself; the purest breed
Memories of the past haunt like a ghost,
Remembering days spent out on the west coast
We dance under city lights,
As the moon is shining down on us, so bright
Waiting for the sky to fall, but it stand still
Wondering how it stays up there, if it always will
They say the best part of believe is the lie,
and goodbye does not always mean forever
but what happens when the lie is what you live,
and hello's return never
Lost in the shadows of a once forgotten life,
Finding out that one day everything will be alright

http://www.authspot.com/Poetry/Hellos-Never-Return.801297

The immediate effects of smoking cessation include:

Within 20 minutes blood pressure returns to its normal level
After 8 hours oxygen levels return to normal
After 24 hours carbon monoxide levels in the lungs return to those of a non-smoker and the mucus begins to clear
After 48 hours nicotine leaves the body and tastebuds are improved
After 72 hours breathing becomes easier
After 2–12 weeks, circulation improves
After 5 years, the risk of heart attack falls to about half that of a smoker
After 10 years, the chance of lung cancer is almost the same as a non-smoker.

"aerogel" is almost as light as air, as stretchy as rubber, and stiffer than steel by weight.

Made with ribbons of carbon "nanotubes" - tiny hollow tubes of carbon - the material can expand to 220% of its original length or width in milliseconds when electrically charged.
http://tech.uk.msn.com//news/article.aspx?cp-documentid=15254795

Tibetan monk Tashi Sangpo, 25, was arrested for replacing the Chinese flag with a Tibetan one in the main prayer hall of his monastery on March 10, the 50 year anniversary of the uprising that led to the Dalai Lama's flight... He later disappeared from his cell and was rumoured to have plunged into a river. Chinese authorities have insisted...the police played no part in his death. The Tibetan government-in-exile, based in Dharamsala in India, reported that 4,000 people were involved in the clashes, while police claimed the number was nearer 100. They said six people had been arrested and 89 more had "surrendered to police," with all but two of the 95 people being monks from the La'gyab Monastery. China has poured troops into Tibet and its surrounding provinces in order to maintain control and snuff out any dissent over this sensitive period. . All foreigners have been denied entry into Greater Tibet, which includes parts of the surrounding provinces of Sichuan, Gansu and Qinghai. Roadblocks have been set up on roads leading out of Chengdu, in Sichuan, and police with machine guns have been posted at motorway toll booths.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/tibet/5032157/Nearly-100-Tibetan-monks-arrested-as-riots-break-out.html

evidence for magnetic sensation in large mammals as well as evidence of an overt behavioral reaction to weak ELFMFs in vertebrates.
It is ironic that while a lot of the world is starving, land is being used to supply so-called ‘greener’ fuel for a superfluous number of vehicles in the civilized world.

...they injected the brains of 45 rats with cancer cells, producing tumors whose presence they confirmed through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). On the 12th day they injected 15 of the rats with THC and 15 with Win-55,212-2 a synthetic compound similar to THC. "All the rats left untreated uniformly died 12-18 days after glioma (brain cancer) cell inoculation ... Cannabinoid (THC)-treated rats survived significantly longer than control rats. THC administration was ineffective in three rats, which died by days 16-18. Nine of the THC-treated rats surpassed the time of death of untreated rats, and survived up to 19-35 days. Moreover, the tumor was completely eradicated in three of the treated rats."

The Spanish researchers, led by Dr. Manuel Guzman of Complutense University, also irrigated healthy rats' brains with large doses of THC for seven days, to test for harmful biochemical or neurological effects. They found none.
